Sydney/ Macquarie Centre Mosaic Lamp Making Workshops
Looking for fun things to do in Sydney? Join Istanbul Grand Bazaar on an adventure at a mosaic art workshop to create your own colourful and unique traditional Turkish mosaic lamp.
Traditional Turkish mosaic lamps have a long history and originated 5000 years ago. The mosaic lamps are made by hand, characterised by metals and then with the introduction of glass with plaster to join them.
Each Turkish mosaic lamp is special and unique. There are variable mosaic lampshades and different designs, which can easily be customised. You will never be able to find two equal ones.
In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, you will be guided by your friendly teacher to make a Turkish mosaic lamp, which you can proudly take home.
This class is an excellent opportunity to spend quality time and have fun with your loved ones. Whether you're looking for birthday party ideas, Valentine's Day ideas or Mother's Day activities, this mosaic lamp making class will be a surefire way to celebrate any special occasion.
